OXYZ ships to over 80 countries worldwide from its logistic hub located in Singapore and Malaysia. We strive to offer the lowest shipping rates while still maintaining a fast and reliable service. The official courier OXYZ uses is DHL Express and Fedex. Depending on the country, we offer different shipping options from multiple shipping carriers. Read below for more information on our shipping.
Shipping rates are charged based on a calculation of the weight and volume of your order, to your specified destination. This rate is shown as “Shipping Cost” in the Checkout. We offer you a list of options from different carriers based on these 2 factors at the time of checkout including flat rate shipping.
On occasion, we may choose to run a shipping promotion such as flat rate shipping or even Free Shipping. These promotions are extended to our customers located within certain regions. Standard delivery times still apply.
Dispatch and Delivery
We will dispatch the order within two working day. You will be able to view your order tracking number in the My Orders section of your account – this tracking number can be used for shipping status enquiries. Delivery times will vary based on destinations.
Importance for International Shipping
A courier service is used for international shipping. Your full name, phone number and email address is required, as well as a valid shipping address. You will be contacted by our courier service in regard to customs, duties and fees where applicable and necessary. Please contact us if you have questions about international shipping and we can share with you our experience in handling oversea orders. Most of the time, the order is delivered timely and safely.
Customs regulations are often complex and vary greatly from country to country. Unfortunately, OXYZ cannot guarantee any package will be accepted by customs.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any product ordered is not restricted in their country, and the customer is responsible for paying any customs or import taxes, duties and fees charged by the relevant agency.
For international packages, the customs form will be affixed to the outside of your box. This will list each item name and the total quantity of that item in the package. Due to International Law, we cannot adjust or change the description of your order. We constantly research and communicate with customs agencies and shipping carriers worldwide to ensure you package has the highest chance of arriving safely and quickly.
We do not include shipping costs in the total of your declared value. Any coupons, rewards, or other discounts are removed from the value of your order to reflect the actual price of the items, which helps lower the Declared Value. Due to International Law, we cannot adjust or change the value of your order.
If you are concerned that your product order may be delayed or seized in transit, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more details on the importation regulations and restrictions before placing your order.
If your order is seized by customs, you are responsible for contacting the customs office and resolving the issue. OXYZ cannot assist in clearing goods through customs, and will not refund or credit for goods seized.
If your order was refused by customs and returned to OXYZ, you will be refunded the original amount of your purchase, minus the shipping fee and return fee once the product has been received back into our possession. The return fee is equal to the cost of shipping.
Restricted Destination for International Shipping
If you are located in following countries, there is additional surcharge for shipping due to restricted destination and elevated risk. If any shipping promotion is applied, you are still responsible for the additional surcharge from restricted destination terms and conditions.
