Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of your order, as well as the destination address
This amount will be displayed as “Shipping Cost” at checkout.
Multiple delivery options may be presented, including flat-rate shipping, depending on what is available in your region.

Shipping Promotions

From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates such as flat-rate or free shipping. These promotions are only valid for eligible regions and during the promotional period. Standard delivery times will still apply.

Order Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within two working days.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number, available in the “My Orders” section of your account.

Delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination and selected courier service.

International Shipping Requirements

All international shipments are handled by trusted courier partners. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a valid shipping address along with your full name, phone number, and email. Our courier may contact you for customs clearance, duties, or local taxes where applicable. If you need guidance regarding international shipping, feel free to contact our support team.

Customs and Import Duties

Customs regulations differ widely between countries and may affect your shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the products ordered are not restricted or prohibited in their country. Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their local customs office.

We affix a customs declaration on the outside of every package, listing each item and its quantity. Due to international law, we cannot change product descriptions or alter the declared value of your order. Any applied discounts, rewards, or coupons will be excluded from the declared value to reflect the actual purchase price of the items only. Shipping charges are also excluded from declared values.


Customs Delays, Seizures, or Returns

If you’re unsure about your country’s import policies, we strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order. In the event a shipment is held or seized by customs, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the relevant authorities and resolve the issue. OXYZ is not able to assist in customs clearance and will not issue refunds or credits for goods that are seized or destroyed.

If your order is refused by customs and returned to OXYZ, we will refund the product cost once it is returned to us, minus the shipping fee and return handling charges. Return fees are equivalent to the original shipping cost.


Restricted Destinations

Additional shipping surcharges apply to orders shipped to high-risk or restricted destinations. If a shipping promotion is applied to your order, you will still be responsible for any additional surcharge related to the destination’s restrictions.

The following countries are currently subject to these additional shipping charges:
Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan, Mali, Niger, Sudan, Central African Republic, Congo, Iran, North Korea.
