At OXYZ Health, we are committed to delivering safe and high-quality products to our customers. Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, all sales are final. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by law or where the product is confirmed to be defective.
Exchange Policy (7 Days)
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a one-time exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your item. To qualify:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase from an authorized OXYZ channel is required.
To request an exchange, contact inquiry@oxyzhealth.com. If your request is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled by a third-party courier such as DHL, FedEx, or other logistics providers. OXYZ will assist with tracking and claims, but we are not liable for delays, damages, loss, or misdelivery caused by shipping companies.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping details,
- Following up with the courier in case of delivery issues,
- Covering any shipping or return costs in such cases.
Unauthorized Sellers
OXYZ only supports purchases made through our official website, certified partners, or authorized distributors. If you purchase from an unauthorized reseller or third-party platform:
- OXYZ cannot verify the authenticity or safety of the product,
- No refund, exchange, or support will be provided,
- All risk is borne by the purchaser.
Final Terms and Conditions
- All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes scenarios where you change your mind, order incorrectly, or do not use the product.
- Any refund or compensation (if applicable) will exclude transaction and payment gateway fees, as these are non-recoverable.
- We reserve the right to refuse support for claims deemed unreasonable, unsupported, or abusive.
